What can you tell me about Jupiter Florida?

Jupiter is the home of Roger Dean Stadium, which is the spring training camp for both the Florida
Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals.  Spring training begins the last week of February and thru
opening day in April.  After spring training these 12 fields host the farm teams of both MLB teams
for another 140 games throughout the spring and summer.  You can check out the website
www.rogerdeanstadium.com.  Also, Jupiter is known for its inlet where several surf contests are
held.  The beaches are some of the best in Florida.  You have no high rise buildings to obstruct
views.  The beaches are open and parking is plentiful and always easy to find.  This has been the
home of Burt Reynolds for many years and Jupiter has the Burt Reynolds museum and theatre.

We have the keep Jupiter green law which prohibits huge buildings.  There are smaller communities
near the beach rangie in price from the mid $300 into the millions.  For those looking for very high
end, there is Jupiter Island where homes can reach 15 million.  Right now Riverwalk is under
construction.  This will be a 2.5 mile loop along the intercoastal.
Other than the beach,  Abacoa is a community built around Roger Dean.  It is truely a grand
master planned community.(something like  Disney's Celebration)  Events are regularly held around
the green. (free movies-Fri, market-Wed, car shows, art festivals, etc.)
Restaurants are plentiful.  Great seafood-Jetty's, Busch's,The Reef Grill, Tabica Grill, also the
typical Applebees, Chillis, etc..

....more questions and answers will be posted once we get more local resident volunteers.  please
